Exercising with others can be great fun, and you'll find yourself gaining motivation and pushing yourself that little bit harder if you’re in a group environment.
I offer a variety of weekly classes from my private outdoor space in Chigwell, and externally at Crate, Loughton. The classes are full of really lovely people of all different fitness and experience levels. You can feel comfortable working out, and I will make sure I keep you motivated and working safely with good technique, ensuring that everyone gets a fun and challenging workout. Classes range from higher impact HIIT and Boxing style sessions, to circuits and sessions incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training. I'll always keep you going with a variety of exercises and some great tunes to take your mind off the hard work!
New for November are undercover Weights Workout classes. This is a circuit style class incorporating a mix of cardio and strength work using my gym grade equipment. Class sixes are very limited to ensure safety and enable me to focus more closely on your technique. If you're looking to build confidence with weights and try new moves this is the class for you!
You can pay as you go for classes, or book more than 4 sessions in a month to enjoy a reduced class rate. As the Weight Workout class is smaller in size and uses a wider range of equipment there's a slightly different pricing structure for that session.

A private, all weather outdoor space
Behind my gate you'll find a large open space where I offer a range of classes each week. I have an all weather lawn and garden flood lights, so whatever the weather or time of year you can still enjoy exercising in the fresh air.
Every newcomer has their first class on me, giving you the confidence to try something new with no further obligation. But I'm pretty sure you'll want to come back for more, so I keep my class prices inclusive with a reduced rate when you attend 4 or more classes a month.

Before attending your first class you'll need to fill out a brief New Client Form so I can keep you safe and free from injury. Please download using the button below and bring it along to your first session. If you don't have a printer handy don't worry, I'll also have printed versions available at every session.

Build strength and fitness post pregancy
As a fully certified Pre and Post Natal Personal Trainer, and a mum to two chilren, I am passionate about supporting safely returning to exercise post pregnancy.
Our bodies go through the biggesrt challenge and achievement possible when we give birth and it can be a tricky time to navigate how we feel about our bodies.
At my True New Mums classes you can enjoy a safe and supportive environment where you can return to moving your body at a pace that feels right. We focus on regaining core strength, enhancing the pelvic floor and building cardio fitness.
There's no need to arrange childcare as babies come too. They can chill out and enjoy the fresh air, socialising with other children whilst you take some much deserved time for yourself.
Classes are suitable from 6-8 weeks post birth with the support of your GP or midwife.
