Exercising with others can be great fun, and you'll find yourself gaining motivation and pushing yourself that little bit harder if you’re in a group environment. 


I offer a variety of weekly classes from my private outdoor space in Chigwell, and externally at Crate, Loughton. The classes are full of really lovely people of all different fitness and experience levels. You can feel comfortable working out, and I will make sure I keep you motivated and working safely with good technique, ensuring that everyone gets a fun and challenging workout. Classes range from higher impact HIIT and Boxing style sessions, to circuits and sessions incorporating a mix of cardio and strength training. I'll always keep you going with a variety of exercises and some great tunes to take your mind off the hard work! 


New for November are undercover Weights Workout classes. This is a circuit style class incorporating a mix of cardio and strength work using my gym grade equipment. Class sixes are very limited to ensure safety and enable me to focus more closely on your technique.  If you're looking to build confidence with weights and try new moves this is the class for you!


You can pay as you go for classes, or book more than 4 sessions in a month to enjoy a reduced class rate. As the Weight Workout class is smaller in size and uses a wider range of equipment there's a slightly different pricing structure for that session.

A private, all weather outdoor space

Behind my gate you'll find a large open space where I offer a range of classes each week. I have an all weather lawn and garden flood lights, so whatever the weather or time of year you can still enjoy exercising in the fresh air.


Every newcomer has their first class on me, giving you the confidence to try something new with no further obligation. But I'm pretty sure you'll want to come back for more, so I keep my class prices inclusive with a reduced rate when you attend 4 or more classes a month.

A great local outdoor workout

Based in Loughton, CRATE is a fab environment bringing small business into the community.


They have a large outdoor space which I am lucky enough to use for twice weekly outdoor circuit sessions.  With a great sound system the energy is always high!


If early mornings and evening sessions suit you then CRATE Fit could be perfect for you. You'll get a great mix of cardio and resitance moves and no week is ever the same!

You're never too young to enjoy fitness

As a fully certified Children's Fitness Instructor with an enhanced DBS check, I offer after school and holiday bootcamp sessions for children aged 6-12. 


I aim to give them a passion for fitness coupled with the confidence to handle gym equipment safely. I hope this will stand them in good stead for exercise forming a healthy lifelong habit.


They'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, develop their strength and fitness and make new friends along the way. I get them working differently each week, developing their own abilities and also working together in teams. The only thing that never changes is the levels of energy and fun!


Each session is £6 or £5 per child for siblings. The Bootcamp lasts for an hour giving you some well deserved time to yourself.
